This happened when I had only had the bike for 1 month while riding on the highway. The bikes stalls and shuts off on the fastest lane of the highway. Because I had made the diagnosis myself, Energica refused to solve this problem under warranty. The dealer has taken responsibility for this and has taken on the costs of +- 180€. It just sucks for Energica to brush this off on a nearly 30K bike simply because I'd identified the problem myself. I was lucky a few times on the highway that there were no accidents because the engine just stalled when it hit the crack at the throttle magnet (see photos).
